1-Our customer is currently using NXP's MX6UL, with one USB port connected to TUSB8041，TUSB8041 connects a Linux serial gadget device and a massstorage device downwards.
2-During the communication process, it was found during testing that the main EHC controller sometimes reported a gtd token Halted error (sometimes accompanied by Transaction Error=Backeri setting), causing the URB to return - PROTO (-71)
3-This problem is randomly generated, sometimes it takes one or two hours to appear, and it will occur more frequently when the data transmission volume is large, and there is basically no problem when the data volume is small
4-May I ask what may be the reason for this problem?
