DS26C32AT: ESD protection level parameters

Hi，

I have a customer who uses DS26C32AT and wants to know ESD grade parameters, similar to the picture below.

DS26C32AT is not described in the manual.

ESD problems occur frequently in use, and communication is not possible. Please help to give good suggestions.

    The absolute maximum ratings table tells you the parameters of the test that it failed:

    Use a device with better ESD protection (e.g., AM26C32 with 10 Mbps), and/or add external ESD protection.

    Hi Rhea,

    Clemens is correct - the AM26C32 is the choice if you want more integrated protection (I'd also just suggest switching to that device if possible as it will most likely have better support in multiple facets of the design process) 

    But adding external ESD protection is also a potential solution to increase the robustness of the system.
