SN65DP141: SN65DP141 doubt

Part Number: SN65DP141

1.I saw in the specification that the input range of this chip is 1200mv, but I did not write the minimum differential input value or single ended input value that can be received.

2.Also, this chip specification states that it is not related to the protocol. Would it be affected if the transmission does not meet the dp protocol?

  • Hi,

    1. Unfortunately I can't find the minimum differential input spec for DP141. But since DP141 is a DisplayPort re-driver, it will able to support minimum differential input value of 40mV per the DP spec.

    2. What protocol are you trying to send? The DP141 does not care about the protocol, it will work as long as its electrical specification is met.

    Thanks
