PCA9518: any replacement for PCA9518DBR?

Since PCA9518DBR is EOL soon, could you please help check the alternative part for it? Customer could not change the layout for the mass production project.

    The PDN also says:

    TI would appreciate it if you would notify us of any future demand and estimated quantities needed for the affected products as soon as possible.

    In an attempt to satisfy continuing requirements, TI is offering a non-cancelable, non-refundable last time buy for the product. Related dates are included in the notification. We will contact you as soon as we have completed a review of all customer responses and determined the appropriate course of action required to satisfy the need for this/these products.

    If there is no p2p option, that might affect customer products a lot.

    I am not a TI employee, but I guess TI decided to discontinue these packages because they were not sold a lot.

    The only choice is to use the last-time-buy opportunity now, and redesign the board.

    Hey Aki,

    Unfortunately, there isn't a P2P option for this device (the functionality of this device is very specific). Like what Clemens' said, the only option is to purchase the device (last date to order is March 24, 2024).
