DP83822I: Want to replace KSZ8041TL to DP83822I

There are still have some questions.

1. What's the difference between 0x0000(BMCR)'s bit 15 (reset) and 0x001F (PHYRCR)'s bit 15(reset)?

2. What's Auto-MDIX? What's the condition that we will use this feature?

3.  If they are turning Auto-Negotiation mode, what register that should be set (Just need set at enable? or else?)

Can you help on checking that DP83822I is working or not? the setting had be set as the right value?

Sorry for your misunderstanding, they want to check these setting are being set success or not after they reset.

And They are not sure DP83822I can send the package data or not. For now, they can't connect with their slave side so they want to make DP83822's setting is right. 

setting address 0x0000 set at 0x8000 (reset)

after reset setting address 0x0000 set at 0x3200 (100M bps、Auto-Negotiation、Restart Auto-Negotiation )

Why is customer performing 0x0000 reg, value 0x0008 (reset) and Restart ANEG before connecting the cable ?

Because they reference KSZ8041TL's sample code and the code had this setting before connecting the cable.

Can't the customer setting like this?

Regarding to your new register configuration, I see you are using half duplex instead of full duplex. Is that on purpose?
