The nearest alternatices would be TCA9535 or TCA9555, but they have different packages and different registers.

Hi Tomoki,

Clemens listed a couple of our 16-bit IO expanders, TCA9535 and TCA9555. These have different pinouts, packages, and different registers, but are 16-bit IO expanders similar to the device you have listed here.

TCAL6416 would also be an option here. TCAL devices use our newer process technology, characterized up to 1MHz, and offer lower supply voltage range and Agile I/O's on the p-ports.

Please let me know if these devices would work in the system application.
