This is an old device, so I doubt that a model will ever be created.

More modern devices like the THVD1500 or DS34C87T have at least an IBIS model. (How many channels in each direction do you need?)

As Clemens mentioned - this is an older device so it most likely will not be getting a model in its lifetime. We don't have a lot of spice models released in general for these types of parts - so there aren't a lot of options - many newer devices do have IBIS models as Clemens also mentioned.
