I'm not able to establish a SGMII link using the following connection with the DP83869EVM jumpers configured for SGMII to copper.
To verify the jumpers are set correctly I performed a loopback on the DP83869EVM using the following configuration and I was able to establish a link.
Could the different clock frequencies on the TI DP83869EVM vs the Xilinx KU060 FPGA board be causing a problem with establishing a link? The KU060 is providing SGMII protocol at 1.25 Gbps.
