DP83TC812R-Q1: replace by DP83TC818

Hi Team,

can you check if it is possible to replace the DP83TC812R-Q1 by DP83TC818 using 0R resistors for connecting the PINs, which are different to the right signal? To satisfy 2 Costumers with 1 Layout.
