SN65DSI86: How to enable the PSR function

Please refer to the following sections in DSI86 datasheet on PSR:  8.3.1, 8.3.3.2, 8.4.5.9, and 8.4.5.10. 

You also need to look at the eDP 1.3 specification for steps to support PSR (specifically section 4).

The datasheet does not specify how to write the command to turn on and off the PSR.

The DSI generic read and writes is also used for panel self refresh (PSR). In order to use the PSR feature, the eDP panel must support PSR and the GPU must support generating generic reads and writes without stopping the video stream. Generic reads and writes must be performed during video blanking time in order for PSR to work properly.

For Generic Long Write, you will use DSI Data Type 0x29.
