TCA9548A: Source series resistors?

Hello, I would like to ask if source series resistors are recommended on each of the SCn/SDn channels for signal integrity. If so, is there a recommended resistor value? Thanks!

    This device is a passive switch; the SCn/SDn pins are not buffered. There should not be any series resistors.

    Hey Jack,

    Is there a particular signal integrity issue that needs to be addressed? If the loading conditions on the I/Os are over the I2C standard (max of 400pF) then I2C buffers can be used in order to separate the capacitances from the I/Os. The I2C buffers can also be used to redrive the signals for cleaner signals as well.
