Hello,
Our customer had a question what maximum switching frequency specification is defined.
The datasheet specifies fmax=400kHz in minimum. Does it mean TCA9509 support either up to 400kHz or higher than 400kHz ?
Best regards,

Best regards,
Take three random TCA9509 chips, call them A/B/C, and test them.
Chip A supports all frequencies between 0 kHz and 444 kHz.
Chip B supports all frequencies between 0 kHz and 400 kHz.
Chip C supports all frequencies between 0 kHz and 412 kHz.
There are three maximum values. The value that is guaranteed to be supported by all chips is the smallest of these, i.e., the minimum maximum.
"The minimum fmax is 400 kHz" means "the maximum supported frequency is at least 400 kHz".
