Please tell me the measurement conditions (environment temperature, measurement circuit, etc.) for the following data in the datasheet P9.

Hi Higa-san,

Greeting!

The measurement circuit should use the EVM, just like below show, and the environment temperature should be 25s℃, and the Vbus is mean the VBUS pin(9,10), and VCC is mean the VBUSOUT pin(1, 2), and the Iinrush is mean the input inrush current, thank you.
