Dear TI expert,
When the 935 is set to CSI-2 Synchronous mode(through register) and the 936 is set to SI-2 non-synchronous back channel, can the 935 communicate normally with the 936? (The external reference clock at the 936th side)
Thanks!

Hello Rogers,
The deserializer and serializer will need to be in the same modes to operate. 935 can be in CSI-2 Synchronous mode if 936 is also set to CSI-2 Synchronous mode. The other option is to put both devices in Non-synchronous mode.
Best,
Zoe
