Hi Ohad,

You are mentioning DS92LV0421 which is a serializer. The datasheet says the serializer(DS92LV0421) is a 36 pin chip whereas the deserializer(DS92LV0422) is a 48 pin chip.

For RHS WQFN there are 3 devices:

DS92LV0422SQ/NOPB

DS92LV0422SQE/NOPB

DS92LV0422SQX/NOPB

Can you let me know for which device do you want the mechanical data?

Hi Gil,

Yes, you are correct.

The Deseirializer is the 48 pin chip.

If possible, can you share with me the mechanical data for this device: DS92LV0422SQ/NOPB
