DP83867IR: Can not make ping test, ssh with speed 10Mbps

Hi TI experts,

I am using DP83867IR PHY chip,
Now I can transmit and receive via UDP, TCP normally with  DP83867IR PHY chip 10 Mbps.

But I can not make the ping test and remote ssh successfully?

Could you give me some reason why?
