TUSB1310A: Question about PIPE Transmit Timing

Hello,

Looking at datasheet Figure 4-2, Tsu2 and Thd2 are defined to TX_CLK rise.
But, looking at datasheet Table4-2, they are defined to both TX_CLK rise and TX_CLK fall.
Which is true, Figure 4-2 or Table 4-2?
