There are two blocks, and it is the difference between USB 2.0 and 3.0.

TI does not make an integrated solution for this. (And if the WiFi chip does not use a standardized protocol on its PCIe interface, this is not possible.)
It might be possible to use a processor that supports both USB and PCIe. If there already exists a Linux driver for the WiFi SoC, then you do not need to do much programming, and just have to configure the Linux system correctly.
(I do not know which processor would be suitable. The first one I looked at, the AM6411, does not support SS USB and PCIe at the same time.)
