DP83826E: Enhanced Mode, Auto-Negotiation Strapping.

Hello,

On my design the PHY work at enhanced mode. 

According to DS Table 6-1, RX_D0 (Strp0) default is IPU ;

But according to table 9-11 strap0 default is 0.

Which one is correct?
