TUSB1310A: Question about PIPE Transmit Timing III

Regarding PIPE Receive Timing, the datasheet says “Timing is relative to the 50% transition point, not VIH or VIL.”.
How about PIPE Transmit Timing? The sentences “Timing is relative to the 50% transition point, not VIH or VIL.” Also applies to PIPE Transmit Timing?
