Hi Expert,

Thanks a lot for your warm help!

Customers is finding the replacement of TPD2S703-Q1 for USB2.0 short to battery protection.

As i checked the price on ti.com for TPD2S703-Q1, finding that the price of TPD2S703-Q1 is higher than TPS3S716-Q1 and TPS3S714-Q1.

The reason for the phenomenon is related to the different interfaces USB2.0, USB3.0 and LVDS, right? Is there any other reason for the high cost?

If is there any other TI replacement for TPD2S703-Q1?

    Hi Imelda,

    For the three parts, have a quick check and they are with similar function. You can choose one for customer. But for cost, I am not sure about the history. 

    I will transfer one slide to you by email for further reference  and also ask marketing for more information.
