TCAN1043A-Q1: Resistance, inductance & capacitance of pin in IBIS model

Hi,

I need the pin resistance, capacitance & inductance of TCAN1043ADMTRQ1 from IBIS model but the data is missing in IBIS model.

Please provide the following data for CANH & CANL

1)pin resistance

2)pin capacitance

3)pin inductance

Hi Sri,

Sorry that we don't have pin resistance and pin inductance included in IBIS model, instead we use package parameters. But you can find input pin capacitance as C_comp for CANH and CANL. Please see figure below:

Actually, I need the CANH and CANL pin capacitance, inductance and resistance for simulation purpose. If i were to take the R_pkg, L_pkg and C_pkg to model the CANH and CANL separately, whether it is correct? (screenshot attached). I added 1Meg at the end to denote the tri-state of the CANH and CANL pin.

It looks correct. This is the way we use R_pkg, L_pkg and C_pkg in TI's IBIS model.
