Having problem with TUSB3410 VCP driver on 64-bit PC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB3410

Hi All,

I'm using a TUSB3410 to talk to a PIC via RS232. The hardware is proven, works with the TI driver on XP, Vista, and Windows 7-on a 32-bit machine. No go on a Vista 64-bit machine-keeps saying a file is missing, but doesn't tell the name of this missing file. I have contacted TI about this, and the tech support rep suggested I see if any of you might have the USB software expertise to help me out.

Thanks for your attention.
