Kuwahara-san,

Yes, power cycling the device will reset all of the registers, if we are talking about powering VSUP off and on.

Hi Eric-san,

On the datasheet, this device has MRAM, but why is the register reset after power cycle?

I believe MRAM is non-volatile memory.

Kuwahara-san,

MRAM is the configurable settings and memory space on the TCAN4550-Q1. The baseline functions are available after a power cycle, but the specific configurations are similar to other registers on a transceiver in that the settings will be lost on a power cycle.
