USB-2-MDIO: Abnormal Phenomenon

Part Number: USB-2-MDIO
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DP83867E

Hi Team,

When I use the USB-2-MDIO to read and write the register of DP83867E, I find there is some abnormal phenomenon. I have check the hardware configuration of MSP430F5 and the leds are always turned on, which shows connection correct. However, when I find the PHY ID, if PHY VDDIO is 3.3V, all the PHY ID are available. If the PHY VDDIO is 1.8V, all the PHY ID are not available.

What's more, I want to check the USB-2-MDIO software version. Whether the new version is USB-2-MDIO Tool V1.0? There is something different in the GUI used by me.
