THVD8000: simulation model error

Hi,
customer get always an error message if they want to use the THVD8000 isolated.

Do you have a running Spice model with additional external components and parameters?

    Hi Holger,

    Can you share the test circuit that they are simulating?  Generally singular matrices occur due to how the circuit was setup and there could be a discrepancy between the models architecture and customer test simulation.

    There isn't a test circuit that we have along with this model since it hasn't been officially released as not all the features have been modeled correctly yet - the model that exists is a simplified version - but if you could also include the file that the customer is using for our model that would be great as well so I can verify the model itself.  We did test the original model with very simplified circuits as described in the THVD8000 datasheet - essentially just RC loads. The model itself has been being used for almost 6 months and we haven't had major issues reported so far - so I am leaning towards a setup issue.

    Also if you could provide the analysis parameters that they are using - I will not I can't actually test with LTspice due it being owned by a competitor; so I will be using an equivalent spice program.
