HI,

I am using TPS65994EVM for configuration verification, and my requirements are as follows:
Port 1: Input limit 9V/3A, output (Source) maximum power 5V/2A.
Port 2: Input limit 9V/3A, output (Source) maximum power 5V/0.5A.
I have attached my current configuration file. Can you help me modify it or guide me on how to modify it?

You will want to change the current in PDO1 in your Port1 and Port2 Settings (register 0x32, Transmit Source Capabilities) to 2A and 0.5A, respectively.

Hi Conner,

We used the project file that you provided but are still unable to limit the output capacity to the specified range we set (Port A:5V/2A and Power B: 5V/0.5A). Can you offer any advice?

Test - Scenario A

Port A : INPUT:9V/3A, Port B:should be limited to 5V/0.5A

Result A

Test - Scenario BInput power(9V/3A) to SYSPWR , Port A:should be limited to 5V/2A, Port B:should be limited to 5V/0.5A

Are you able to provide the PD message logs? This will give me insight as to what the PD negotiation looks like and if the contract is successfully completed.
