TCAN1044AV-Q1: no protection diodes on RXD pin?

Hello Team,

can you confirm that TCAN1057AVDRQ1 / TCAN1044AVDRQ1 do not have integrated protection diodes to ground and Vcc at RXD pin as shown below, please?

    Hi Hans, 

    TCAN1044A does have internal protection diodes on the digital pins of the device, however these are referenced to the Vio supply not Vcc. If Vio is unpowered while voltage is applied to TXD or RXD, there will be some leakage current to the disabled Vio rail.
