PCA9306: 3.3V to 1.8v level shift

Looks OK.

The datasheet suggests 100 pF for C466 because it is not connected directly to a power supply but must be charged through R288; with 100 nF, startup will be slower.

I agree with Clemen's comment. Most issues customers have is not shorting EN and VREF2 directly together (your schematic does this which is good). 

The RC constant you have with the 200k limiting resistors and the 0.1uF cap will require a longer wait period before power up but using 0.1uF is fine.
