We are working with DS90UB953-Q1 IC and have some doubts -
1.) We want to interface the output of the serializer directly to the serdes of the FPGA instead of using a cable and then using a deserializer IC as shown in the datasheet 
So on the FPGA side we have to decode the data because the IC is using encoder and then output is transmitted through cable driver. So can you please help us how to decode the data in the FPGA, so that we can use this IC in our application.
2.) To drive the serial output of serializer TI is using a cable driver and we are connecting that output to a PCB trace of 100ohm and then to FPGA serdes through AC coupling. So will the IC support this configuration.
3.) This IC supports 1 Gbps per lane of D PHY (4 Gbps for serial out), do TI have alternate IC that can operate on higher speed to support higher versions of MIPI DPHY like v2.0
