DS280DF810: Are muxsel[0:1] pins available?

Part Number: DS280DF810
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DS280MB810

TI technical personnel,

The DS280MB810 pins E2 and E14 are MUXSEL[0:1] respectively. On the the pin-compatible DS280DF810 E2 and E14 are indicated as TEST[0:1] respectively and MUXSEL is not discussed in the datasheet.

Being that the MB810 and the DF810 are pin-compatible, can the E2 and E14 pins be enabled as MUXSEL[0:1] on the DF810, by enabling bit 1 in Shared Register 0x05 as is done for the MB810:

Our design utilizes the MUXSEL[0:1] pins on the MB810, and we expected the same functionality to be present on the pin-compatible DF810, but the datasheet for that part seems to indicate that it might not be. Our hope is that the functionality actually does exist on the DF810 too, and that we can access it in similar fashion as on the MB810. Please let us know.

Regards,
