Hi Team, 

My customer is setting up DP83TD510E-EVM and use USB-2-MDIO GUI, 

they have install the driver and get HW connected. however, when they write register and readback, but register data always show 0x0000 or 0xFFFF.

Customer would like to check if the MDIO command is write into DP83TD510E-EVM? what else we can check with customer?

    Hello,

    DP83TG510E-EVM is expected to work out of box. We have numerous boards in lab shown to be working. Perhaps it is confusion on which registers customer is trying to access. What customer is writing is an incorrect method to access registers. Please refer to this FAQ on how to properly access registers outside the MMID space.
