The question is about the change from DS25CP102TSQ to DS25CP102TSQ/NOPB

Do we have any EOL letter or revision history for pb free?

I couldn't find it on the datasheet.

Hi David,

There is not EOL on the Pb free part. Revision history is typically mentioned in the data sheet - if there is any. This is an old part and i would doubt there will be a future revision on this part.
