    Hi Atsushi,

    We generally only provide FMEA documents for automotive qualified devices. TCA9538 is not automotive qualified so it does not have an FMEA. The TCA6408-Q1 document would likely be a close fit to the TCA9538, the main difference will be pin 1 for 6408 will have a VCCI pin whereas pin 1 for TCA9538 is for an address pin. This should provide a close match aside from pin 1 for the failure mode.
