The only transceiver that can run with a 1.8 V supply is the TRS3122E, with 2/2 drivers/receivers.

If you have a 3.3 V or 5 V supply, you can also use the TRS3227/MAX3227, or TRS3227E/MAX3227E with better ESD protection.

Thanks for the information.

Also i need costing for the part MAX3221E and and MAX3221 for the MOQ(30, 10K and 50K).

I also need to know whether designing a UART to RJ45 debugging console will cause any problems if I use a half-duplex component rather than a full-duplex one.

There are no half-duplex RS-232 transceivers. (And just connecting the DOUT and RIN pins together would change the electrical characteristics to be outside the specification.)
