AM26LV32E: AM26LV32EIDR, AM26LV32EMDREP, AM26LV32EIRGYR are all containing the same die.

Part Number: AM26LV32E

Hi Team,

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.

"I would like to know if these parts: AM26LV32EIDR, AM26LV32EMDREP, AM26LV32EIRGYR

are CMOS or biCMOS, and if they are all containing the same die."

Please help to advise. Thank you for extending your support.

Kind regards,

Marvin

  • The functional block diagram shows that it contains both MOSFETs and BJTs.

The electrical characteristics are exactly the same (except for the temperature range). The die appears to be the same, but there is no guarantee that it would stay this way.

  • Hi Marvin,

It should be biCMOS as indicated in the functional block diagrams (both BJT/FETs are shown)

That being Said EP device is a different die due to the extended protections offered by the EP device. They are electrically similar in performance but the EP version is more robust.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Best,

    Parker Dodson
