To Whom It may concern

I think the current version is F, but please send me the E version.

Since the characteristics graph of P7 has been changed, I would like to confirm what has been changed.

    Hi Shingu,

    The previous version of the datasheet (rev E) is below.

    The typical characteristics plots have changed slightly. Page 7 of the current datasheet (rev F) shows typical characteristic curves for new material - in the previous version (rev E) these graphs are on pages 11 and 12 (the new revision moved the parameter testing setup figures after typical characteristics - so the datasheet has the older information it may just be in a slightly different order) 

    Please note that the typical characteristic curves are just that - typical characteristics taken from a device -there could be slight differences part to part and use case/operating environment dependent.
