DS560MB410: Does DS560MB410 have any AMI or Spice model for simulation? And does it support M-phy?

1) We do not have an IBIS-AMI model currently available, but we do have S parameters of the CTLE curves of this device.  These can be found on mysecure.  If you don't have access, you can request access with the link below.

2) Can you share any information on the M-phy electrical specification?  In general, it sounds like 39.936 Gbps PAM4 is within the capabilities of the DS560MB410, but it would be helpful to reference the M-phy electrical specification to confirm.

You can access the M-phy 5.0 spec with the link below

And the current published version is 25G NRZ. The M-phy 6.0 for 39.936G PAM4 is still under investigating.
