Hi team,

For 947 and 948, what should I do for the unused GPIO pins? Can I leave unused GPIO pins NC? If we leave them NC, what risk will have? Thanks!

  • 947 pin: 43-46, 14,15, 34-39
  • 948 pin: 9-19

    Hi Jiawei,

    Generally it would be recommended to pull the unused GPIOs down to ground, as leaving them floating may lead to unwanted radiated noise in EMC testing depending on the device configuration and the pins may float to a unknown value based on leakage current. The 948 datasheet notes this recommendation.
