HI Grace,
Sorry for the delay while I confirmed.
The die Rev section should be blank for the packaging label on the shipping container. The example label on page 4 shows how the row (2P) will be formatted.

HI Parker,
can you take a look on this sample pack? The die Rev on the label show "A", is it normal ? can help advise ?
Hi Grace,
There could still be some old material that exists - I checked the lot code and it points to the correct device so I believe it is legitimate.

would be Decap result for DC2313 shows different die compared to past(older DC) ?
Like to inquire whether the recent PCN has led to any modifications in the leadframe and die code? Attached is a photo comparison illustrating the disparities between our previous purchase (DC2223+) and the current one (DC2313+). Notably, there are differences observed in both the leadframe and die code. I would appreciate your insights on this matter.
Furthermore, concerning the labelling aspect, is it plausible to consider the presence of a potential typo error where the label displays REV: “A" instead of REV: “-" for the CSO:RFB product? Your input on this would be valuable.
Grace,
The lot # points to the correct device - we don't have a belief that these device are counterfeit. It could be a slight mistake or typo - but the lot points to valid devices. If any functional problems occur please let me know - but right now I don't have reason to suspect these devices are invalid.
Best,
