Hi Team,

Our customer previously used the PCA9554A in his application. He incorrectly installed PCA9554 and now the system do not work According to our customer,

I used pca9554a in cctv before, but pca9554 is wrong and I can't communicate with existing cctv.

Is there any other solution other than replacing parts?

The only difference between the PCA9554 and the -A variant is the I²C device address, 0100xxx vs. 0111xxx.

It might be possible to change the firmware to use the other address.
