TUSB4020BI: questions about the ramp of TVDD_RAMP

Hi team,

     According to the datasheet, the min TVDD_RAMP is 0.2ms. But in customer's design, the Vdd is powered by LDO rising within 2ms. So the question is why we have min ramp of VDD? Would there be any potential risk in customer design?
