TUSB1310: questions on power up sequence

Part Number: TUSB1310

Hi Team,

there are several questions on below power up sequence requirement.

1. what does the grey means in VDD1P1 ( blue) ?

2. what does the dotted line means in Red?

3. can OUT_ENABLE and RESETN be power up at the same time?

4. what does grey means ( in red)?

5. as you can see on blue line, does it means RESETN need to be power up after two CLK of XI or just a schematic diagram to show XI need to be before RESETN?

6. after there is normal PCL/ULPI_CLK and handshake is OK, we find that we can get ACK after sending WRITE command, but no ACK if sending READ command?  Is it normal?

7. what's the difference of TUSB1310 and TUSB1310A version?

Thanks,

BRs
