Aaron, the thermal characteristics will likely be similar to the SN75LVDS83B DGG, and I have that data:
Theta JA-High K: 63.4
Psi JT: 0.4
Psi JB: 2.2
Theta JC (top): 15.9
Theta JB: 32.5
Elias will find the precise values for the LVDS93.
