SN65LVDS93DGG junction temp and thermal resistance

I am looking for the max junction temperature and junction to case thermal resistance.  Can someone help me out?

    Aaron, the thermal characteristics will likely be similar to the SN75LVDS83B DGG, and I have that data:
    Theta JA-High K: 63.4
    Psi JT: 0.4
    Psi JB: 2.2
    Theta JC (top): 15.9
    Theta JB: 32.5

    Elias will find the precise values for the LVDS93.

    Package Designator: DGG
    Ambient Temperature: 25 C
    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value): 57.5
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value): 0.5
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value): 26.1
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 14.6
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value):  
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 26.4
