Could you provide the typ value of the time until nRST pin to be pulled low after a UVcc event?

Tabata-san,

The nRST pin is pulled up to VCC internally, and thus follows the voltage of VCC. Once VCC hits the UVcc threshold for longer than tdet(UVCC), then nRST is pulled down to GND and stays there until VCC goes above the UVcc threshold again. Therefore, it is wholly dependent on the voltage level of the VCC pin.
