Hi team,
I measured DS90UB948-Q1's oLDI output to check Vos voltage and found it is lower than expected.
It is specified as Vos=1.2V, but the measurement result was around 800mV.
I measured using 100ohm termination resister and no external bias on the line. there is no receiver connected.
Could you please advise the test condition of Vos parameter in the datasheet?
