SN65DSI83: sn65dsi83 confusion in the package BGA or TSOP

Dear Team,

Below is the circuit of sn65dsi83 I received from my customer.You can see that the pin numbers are given as 1,2,3...

I checked the datasheet in the TI website and I can see only BGA package is available.

May I know other than BGA any other package is available.

Hello, Hari,

Is this an automotive application? The SN65DSI83-Q1 is not an BGA but a HTQFP package.

Hi Zach,

This is for an automotive application.

But you can see that the pin mappings of customer schematic is different from that of SN65DSI83-Q1 also.

I can see that previously also people asked for schematic review with the pin numbering given by our customer.
