Is it ok to use 940 0x6A[0] enable/disable mipi csi output? What happen if this bit is set?

Hello Dongbao,
Setting 0x6A[0] = 1 will do a soft reset on the device which resets everything except for the registers.
The following registers can also be used to enable/disable CSI ports.
