DS90UB935-Q1: DS90UB935-Q1

Part Number: DS90UB935-Q1

What is the worst-case VOL and VOH of the DS90UB935-Q1 when it is sourcing or sinking 0.4mA for a GPIO voltage of 1.8V. In datasheet VOL and VOH levels are given when sourcing/sinking a current of 4mA. In our case 935’s VOL and VOH are giving incompatible voltages to the devices connected to the 935.

  • Hi Shreehari,

We specified VOH with the IOH = -4mA, and VOL with the IOL = 4mA condition and have not characterized VOH or VOL with other current conditions. Therefore, I cannot provide the min/max voltage drop for other current conditions or the exact relationship between VOH/VOL and current. You can try to measure the VOH/VOL based on the exact current draw you will be using, but we cannot provide any specifications other than the one in the datasheet.
