Hey Aditi,

The junction temperature for this device is -40C to 125C. I have also looped in the ADC team if more questions arise.

May I know what wil be the recommended Junction temperature range?

As per our thermal, board temperature is around 100 degC and power dissipation of the IC is 0.0094W.

Is the IC will work properly at 100DegC?
